Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi advised Supreme Court judges that this issue must be debated to devise ways and approach to offer protection to long term CJIs and SC judges from what he called scurrilous assaults. A sexual harassment price by a dismissed woman worker of the Supreme Court against CJI Gogoi has led many SC judges to request all male body of workers at their residential workplaces.
