BAREILLY: The state executive has shifted gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmad to Naini (Prayagraj) central jail on well being grounds. The executive had taken prior permission from the Election Commission for the switch after Ahmad’s spouse asked the state executive to shift him to Naini prison.
