Varanasi: Reacting sharply to SP leader Azam Khan’s alleged derogatory touch upon BJP candidate from Rampur Jaya Prada’s clothes, BJP MLA from Bairia in Ballia district Surendra Singh on Monday mentioned “given a chance, I will ship the SP leader to Pakistan”.
“Jaya Prada hamari behan ki tareh hain. Mujhe jawab dene ka awasar bhagwan de de to main usko turan Bharat ki dharti se passport banwakar Pakistan bhej doon (Jaya Prada is like our sister. If God gives me a chance, I might ship him to Pakistan immediately through arranging a passport for him),” he told journalists on Monday.
“I cannot allow an individual, who calls Bharat Mata a ‘dayen’ (demoness), to survive Indian soil for a 2nd. Azam Khan showed his ‘samskriti’ (tradition) through passing such objectionable remarks. We can’t be expecting any good commentary from him. If he can term Bharat Mata a dayen, then he can say the rest for girls folk,” mentioned Singh adding, “Azam lacks psychological level to assume past such comments. Such a pace-setter must be sent behind the bars,” he added.
Singh is understood for his contentious remarks. Recently terming AICC president Rahul Gandhi as a failed person in politics, he had mentioned that he (Rahul) is a nursery pupil, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi is Ph.D. in politics. He had also referred to as Rahul and his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, to Ravana and Surpanakha in a bid to downplay Priyankas entry into energetic politics after she was made AICC normal secretary for east UP. Targeting BSP supremo Mayawati he had mentioned that she does facial and likewise colours her hair. Besides, he had also referred to as West Bengal chief minister Mamta Banerjee as Surpanakha.
