BJP MP from Kaushambi files papers

Allahabad: Sitting BJP MP from Kaushambi Vinod Sonkar filed his nomination papers on Tuesday. Likewise, SP-BSP coalition candidate Ashok Tripathi filed his papers from Pratapgarh. However, Tripathi was once served realize for anomalies in nomination papers.

Filed in four sets, Sonkar passed over the papers to district magistrate Kaushambi Manish Kumar Verma. Sonkar was once accompanied through state president of the celebration Mahendra Nath Pandey, state minister for civil aviation, Nand Gopal Nandi, MLA from Chail, Sanjay Gupta, MLA Manjhanpur, Lal Bahadur and MLA Sirathu Shitla Prasad.


SP-BSP coalition candidate Ashok Tripathi filed his papers ahead of district election officer Markandey Shahi on the district collectorate. BSP district president Ram Samaj Gautam was once his proposer. During the nomination submitting, former minister Shivakant Ojha, Ashok Gautam and Sanjay Pandey among others were additionally present.
