In 2014, after I requested him to return the quantity, he gave me two bank cheques for Rs 2.5 lakh and promised to return the remaining Rs 1 lakh inside of a month”.


However, when the cheques bounced and Babbu didn't give him Rs 1 lakh in money, Amarinder moved the court. He stated that during his order, the pass judgement on held that Harvinder Singh had “not introduced himself earlier than the court in spite of having been served with a proclamation... So, he is declared a proclaimed offender”.
