Allegations against CJI: SC in-house probe panel members did injustice to institution, says Arun Shourie

The Judges of the In-House Inquiry Committee of the apex court docket, which gave blank chit to Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi on the allegations of sexual harassment in opposition to him, has finished grave "injustice to the complainant, the CJI and the Supreme Court as an institution," former Union minister Arun Shourie said on Wednesday.
