The Andhra Pradesh prime court on Tuesday refused to interfere within the VVPAT counting process in view of the most recent Supreme Court order. The prime court closed the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition without any order and seen that it was not appropriate to take in the petition while the SC had pushed aside a petition on counting of VVPATs.
