Three extra state Congress chiefs - Assam PCC leader Ripun Bora, Jharkhand PCC leader Ajoy Kumar and Punjab PCC president Sunil Jakhar - resigned on Monday taking ‘ethical accountability’ for party’s poor efficiency in Lok Sabha elections. These resignations take to 6 the choice of party unit chiefs who've resigned - the others being UP party leader Raj Babbar, Odisha’s Niranjan Patnaik and Ashok Chavan of Maharashtra.
