Congress on Thursday barred its spokespersons from representing the party on TV debates for a month. Taking to Twitter, party communications in-charge Randeep Singh Surjewala asked all media channels and its editors not to place any Congress representatives on their displays. This got here after Rahul Gandhi introduced to step down as party leader, taking ethical accountability for the dismal efficiency.
