A day after the Madurai bench of the Madras top courtroom declared that Puducherry lieutenant governor Kiran Bedi cannot run a parallel executive and cannot intervene with the day by day affairs of the elected executive, Bedi wrote an open letter to the people of Puducherry list out her activities within the remaining three years.
