The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai police has booked two administrators of an actual estate company for duping flat patrons to the music of over Rs 6 crore. Niraj Vaid and his wife Sapna Vaid of Srinath Builders had been booked under the Maharashtra Flat Owners Act (MOFA) for allegedly taking bookings for flats after which promoting them to 3rd events. Neeraj said it was a false case and he had filed a case in opposition to the complainants in the town civil courtroom.
