PowerGrid Q4 net profit up 52% at Rs 3,053.56 cr

NEW DELHI: State-run Power Grid Corporation on Wednesday reported about 52 in step with cent bounce in standalone internet benefit at Rs 3,053.56 crore in March quarter, basically at the back of higher revenues. The corporate's standalone internet benefit was at Rs 2,zero10.31 crore within the quarter ended March 31, 2018, a BSE filing said.

Total standalone income of the corporate rose to Rs nine,610.24 crore in March quarter from Rs 8,098.93 crore a yr in the past.

The corporate's consolidated internet benefit rose to Rs 10,033.52 crore in 2018-19 from Rs 8,204 crore in previous fiscal. Total consolidated income was also up at Rs 35,661.32 crore within the fiscal from Rs 30,430.54 crore in 2017-18.


The corporate's board has really helpful a final dividend of Rs 2.50 in step with percentage (face value Rs 10 every).


The overall dividend (together with period in-between dividend) for 2018-19 is Rs 8.33 in step with percentage. The corporate had paid an period in-between dividend of Rs five.83 in step with percentage.
