The complainant Jagdeep Bains had raised a loan of Rs four lakh for purchasing a vehicle and said that no due certificates was once given. The exorbitant passion of 14.5%, 14.75%, 14.6%, 14.45% and 14.15% per annum was once charged as an alternative of the agreed interest rate. The Redressal Forum directed SBI to pay Rs 25Ok as reimbursement and Rs 10Ok as litigation value.
