Punjab and Haryana prime courtroom on Thursday issued notice to the Union ministry of setting, wooded area and local weather change; the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the Punjab government on a plea to restrain registered political parties and applicants from using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flex boards, plastic posters and related material all the way through elections.
