The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for Std XI is yet to start even though SSC effects have been declared on June 8. The hold-up at state stage is on account of growing issues that the state board scholars will lose out on seats in just right colleges as a result of their CBSE counterparts have scored ‘top marks’ within the board tests.
