Expressing concern over gifted students having to depart the state for better instructional opportunities, The All Assam Students' Union (Aasu), whilst felicitating the rank-holders in the Class X and XII board examinations here on Monday, demanded that the new NDA executive on the Centre will have to set up an Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) and an Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Assam soon.
