In the wake of the hearth incident at a training centre in Surat on May 24, the civic agency had issued an order on May 28 directing its officers to survey all tutorial institutes to check whether they had been following the norms as in keeping with Delhi Master Plan 2021, development bylaws and Delhi Fire Service Rules, 2010.
