A neighborhood labourer has claimed that it was once he who introduced out 2-year-old Fatehveer Singh from the 150-feet deep borewell in which he was once stuck since Thursday afternoon even as the state government maintained that the entire operation was once carried out through the experts from National Disaster Response Force.
