District police arrested a person who brutally stabbed a lady 15 times and stole a pair of earrings at Balaji Nagar house in Nellore the town on Monday. Addressing a press meet, Nellore SP Aishwarya Rastogi stated, "The incident happened on May 28. The accused Ramaswamy who was in a relationship with a 40-year-old woman stabbed her fifteen times on the neck."
