ST PETERSBURG: Qatar Airways plans to seek compensation from Boeing over the grounding of 3 737 MAX airplane by Italian airline Air Italy, the place the Qatari company is a significant shareholder, group chief government Akbar al-Baker instructed Reuters.

In Russia, Qatar Airways is in talks to buy a 20% stake in Vnukovo airport, Moscow's third biggest by passenger traffic.
