Four persons allegedly assaulted a mason working in a house over old contention in Saketri on Saturday night. Shubhash Chander, 55, a sweeper within the Chandigarh secretariat, a resident of Manav Colony, Saketri, in his criticism to the police, stated he and his wife Sumitra Devi had been dozing within the hall of his house at the ground flooring.
