In a case that has been arising sooner than the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) for more than 5 years now, the authority in its assembly final month issued fresh orders asking Teso Waterfront situated along the Chapora river in Siolim to demolish its buildings saying they are in violation of norms.
