Three persons, including a pair, had been booked for allegedly orchestrating a fraud towards a nationalised financial institution in Greater Noida’s Kasna. Alpha 1 citizens Radhe Kumar and his wife Shobha Kumari had in August 2016 taken a loan of Rs 52 lakh to buy a flat in Delhi’s Jaganpura, which belonged to at least one Amarjit Singh.
