Sudan's pro-democracy leaders' pledged to proceed civil disobedience after new clashes brought the dying toll in three days of the army crackdown to 108. On Wednesday, troops have been observed pulling 40 bodies of victims, slain through Sudanese security forces, from the Nile River in Khartoum and taking them away. Call to negotiate through Sudan's ruling common have been promptly rejected.
