ALLAHABAD: In a bid to verify the safety and security of college kids, the school authorities at the directives of district police, are compiling the students conveyance data performa comprising the main points of scholars together with the main points of persons who are shedding and selecting them from colleges.
SSP, Allahabad, Anand Kulkarni says "we have issued an advisory to all the schools asking them to compile the data of persons who are dropping and picking children from educational institutes. He further added "we've also requested college control to issue ID cards to persons particularly who are ferrying small age workforce of college kids for their security and safety.
The pupil conveyance data performa is constituted of title of the student, roll number, magnificence and phase, father/mom's title and their cellular numbers, mode of delivery (automobile or two wheeler) and title of the individual shedding the kid in class.
Parents have also been requested to mention the relation of person shedding and selecting the kid in class and his or her contact number.
If the kid is dropped and picked by way of parents or their non-public driver, college authorities have asked to submit the main points like title of person (driver) shedding the kid, contact number, vehicle owner's title, vehicle registration number .
If the kid is dropped by way of personal vehicle like bus/van/ trolley/ tempo or e- rickshaw, parents were asked to fill the main points like driver's title, attendant's title and their contact numbers together with vehicle registration number (together with title of vehicle owner's title and his contact number).
If the kid is arriving college by way of non-geared vehicle (for sophistication XI and XII), there will have to registration choice of vehicle, owner's title, contact number, vehicle college cross number and if bicycle, then its bicycle college cross no.
