SURAT: Police arrested five men in Umra police station on Thursday for allegedly destroying the rangoli at a town mall on Sunday. The accused were booked for rioting and unlawful assembly on Wednesday evening.
Police booked Shailendra Rajput and Shanbhu Singh along side 10 others in Umra police station after the issue came to light via quite a lot of sections of media.
