Gurgaon man's funny tweet scores him samosas from cab aggregator

NEW DELHI: They say that the following easiest factor to solving an issue is discovering some humour in it. Well, a Gurgaon guy's humorous take after being caught with the cancellation charges for a cab not best were given him his a reimbursement, but also scored him two sizzling and scrumptious samosas.

Here's what took place:

On October 21, Gurgaon resident Abhishek Asthana, aka Twitter person @GabbarSingh, booked a journey with a cab aggregator service from the airport for himself and his brother, but his motive force cancelled the journey and he was pressured to pay the cancellation fee. Instead of complaining about it, he posted a hilarious analogy of his ordeal on Twitter.

"Yesterday, Ola charged cancellation fee even when the driver denied duty, it's like you ask 'Samosa hai?', shopkeeper says 'No' and takes Rs 10," he tweeted on Sunday.



The cab service spoke back to his tweet the very subsequent day, informing him that the costs have been reversed after which took the samosa analogy a step additional.

"Charges reversed and sorry for the trouble. Now, where do we send the samosas?" the professional care for of Ola Cabs tweeted.




Proving that the reaction was not mere lip service, the cab company known as up Asthana and delivered a steaming package at his place of dwelling on Wednesday.
