Noida: An afternoon after 12-year-old Kritika Mishra died after falling right into a pit of molten waste from a hot-mix plant, investigations have discovered that the plant that was working illegally had already been sealed a couple of years back.

We have launched a search for him," Singh mentioned. District Justice of the Peace B N Singh has sought a report from the Noida Authority, which is said to be due on Monday. "We will go through the report and take appropriate action against the accused. We will also see if some compensation can be given to the deceased's kin based on the investigation report," he mentioned. Anil Kumar Dwivedi, Kritika's maternal grandfather, mentioned that the family is in deep depression. "Kritika's father Vimal Mishra had died eight years ago due to illness. The family is staring at an uncertain future," he mentioned. Dwivedi works in a manufacturing unit as a safety guard and earns Rs 8,000 a month.
