Indian-origin doctor, killed in Kansas, was stabbed 165 times

HYDERABAD: Chilling information have been revealed in a court report relating the killing of an Indian doctor in america on September 13.

Psychiatrist Achutha N Reddy, who hailed from Nalgonda in Telangana, and settled in Wichita, Kansas, US, suffered as many as 165 'sharp power trauma accidents'. He used to be allegedly stabbed by one Umar R Dutt, who used to be also his patient at the Holistic Psychiatric Services medical institution, Wichita.

The autopsy of the frame of Reddy used to be carried out by the Sedgwick County Kansas Regional Forensic Centre. Dr Oberst, who carried out the autopsy, reported that she noted approximately 165 sharp forced trauma accidents.

In the report submitted to the court, Addie L Perkins, detective with the Wichita Police Department said that she used to be assigned to observe up the investigation.

A person who has been referred to as 'MR' within the court report used to be spoken to in regards to the incident. MR said Umar Dutt had arrived at the trade (medical institution) previous to Reddy. MR said that around 7.05pm, she heard Achutha calling for lend a hand from his place of work.

What came about on that day used to be explained to detective Mathew Balthozor by another person who used to be referred to as 'BLT' within the court report.


BLT said she worked as a therapist at Holistic Pyschiatrist Services medical institution that used to be run by Dr Achutha N Reddy. She said on September 13, around 5.45 pm, she had observed a patient of Dr Reddy's by the primary title of Umar within the entrance foyer. BLT instructed Dr Reddy that Umar used to be within the foyer however the doctor had indicated that Umar used to be no longer scheduled for an appointment. BLT said she knew that Umar used to be an 'ongoing' patient of Dr Reddy.


She said when she left the medical institution around 5.55 pm, she observed Umar on the again side of the medical institution status behind Dr Reddy's car. She, then again, didn't have any conversation with him. From a modern photograph proven to her by the police, she recognised him to be Umar, as the one she noticed and who used to be identified to be a patient of Dr Reddy's.
