Mangaluru: In the backdrop of Dakshina Kannada district police being accused of disrespecting Holy Quran, right through a search at Qalandar, one of the primary accused in RSS member Sharath Madivala's murder, Dakshina Kannada SP C H Sudheer Reddy on Tuesday maintained that police are in a position for any probe as all of the search operation was once filmed.

"Anyone who wants to see the video footage of the search at Qalandar's house is welcome at our office. The entire search is videographed. If anyone finds that police present at the venue have shown disrespect to Quran, we are ready to take action against them," Reddy stated speaking to TOI.

On Saturday, a group of police including two girls personnel had long past to Qalandar's space in reference to the Sharath Madivala's murder. Quoting video pictures, he stated that Qalandar's father is repeatedly seen asking police not to contact such articles and police group of workers have shyed away from touching them. Whatever documents weren't a part of our investigation had been handed again to the circle of relatives. However, right through the search nowhere you'll discover Quran.


Is it a plan to divert the investigation, Reddy spoke back that similar incident had taken place in Mangaluru town when probe of Ahmed Qureshi was once happening under Mangaluru City Commissionerate.
