Though what sections of the IPC police will slap entirely depends on their investigation. usually, in such cases, dowry or harassment cases are filed under IPC 304 B and 304 Class 2 which apply to the death of a woman caused by any burns or bodily injury or occurs otherwise than under normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage and culpable homicide not amounting to murder respectively."
