A 20-year-old BTech student created havoc in Ibrahimpatnam mandal by way of riding rashly in a drunken condition on Thursday. P Vineet, who used to be riding a Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza automotive, rammed into a category IX student first, then a 60-year-old pedestrian and then went on to hit two motorbikes parked at the facet of the street in Raipole village.
