Noida: Traffic police have recommended construction 16 footbridges to decongest necessary crossings in Noida, which are the supply of gridlocks all the way through rush-hour site visitors, to a committee appointed via the three-member ministerial panel set up via the state government to search out ways to take away site visitors bottlenecks from town's roads.
