GURGAON: Power discom DHBVN has initiated paintings underneath Integrated Power Development System (IPDS) in spaces similar to Pataudi, Heramandi and Farrukhnagar to support infrastructure.
The discom officers mentioned that since those spaces did not come underneath the good grid mission proposed for town, their infrastructure could be stepped forward underneath the IPDS scheme to make sure uninterrupted supply. IPDS is a Rs 23 crore centrally-sponsored mission.
"There are two such schemes," mentioned Anil Goyal, superintendent engineer, outdated Gurgaon. "IPDS for urban areas and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gram Yojana for rural feeders." Goyal mentioned, "We are bifurcating all overloaded feeders and injecting extra transformers.
Conductors shall be examined and replaced with high-end XLPE cables.
