Gurgaon: Haryana Police, Huda and MCG — the 3 state agencies have left town residents a harried lot. This is clear if one takes a look at the choice of lawsuits filed on the CM Window against these agencies, from the time of its inception (December 2014) until September 2017.

Concerned over expanding numbers of lawsuits associated with Huda on CM Window and the delay in its resolution, the state government had directed the authority in July 2017 for early disposal of lawsuits. "We usually try to resolve the complaints on priority basis. Most of the pending complaints are taking long due to the complexity of the issue," mentioned a senior Huda reliable.
Asked in regards to the expanding choice of lawsuits associated with Huda, the reliable mentioned that until lately the authority used to be looking after the maintenance of a big a part of town. Several lawsuits were filed against them associated with water and sewerage. "With the transfer of sectors and other civic services to GMDA, the complaints against Huda will see a dip," the reliable added.
