GHAZIABAD: A local court has issued non-bailable warrants (NBWs) towards 4 most sensible officers of real estate developer Supertech Limited, together with its chairman, managing director, joint managing director and director, for duping a businesswoman.
The businesswoman, Sonam Rungta (32), a resident of Ramprastha Colony, had booked a store in Supertech Estate business advanced, Vaishali in Ghaziabad, for Rs 17.75 lakh in 2009, but afterward found that the land didn't belong to the realtor. When contacted, both Supertech chairman R Ok Arora and director G L Khera denied having any wisdom about the case. "I'm not aware of the case. Our legal department might be looking into it," Arora instructed TOI.
