Non bailable warrants against Supertech in fraud case

GHAZIABAD: A local court has issued non-bailable warrants (NBWs) towards 4 most sensible officers of real estate developer Supertech Limited, together with its chairman, managing director, joint managing director and director, for duping a businesswoman.

Rungta in any case lodged an FIR in April 2017, towards Supertech chairman R Ok Arora, his spouse Sangeeta and son Mohit, who are joint MD and MD of the corporate respectively, and towards the corporate's director G L Khera. The complainant's sweetheart's father, Santosh Rungta, instructed TOI the builder owes them around Rs 55 lakh altogether, together with the hobby incurred at the authentic fee.


When contacted, both Supertech chairman R Ok Arora and director G L Khera denied having any wisdom about the case. "I'm not aware of the case. Our legal department might be looking into it," Arora instructed TOI.
