BHUBANESWAR: To create a buzz in its toughen in bypoll-bound Bijepur assembly section in Bargarh district, the BJP on Sunday made particular arrangements for the electorate pay attention to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' radio programmes on the sales space level.
