Karwar: Large and medium scale industries minister R V Deshpande on Thursday came down heavily at the BJP, maintaining the saffron birthday celebration and Hindu organizations chargeable for the new well-liked communal riots in Uttara Kannada district.
Addressing newshounds at the deputy commissioner's office here, Deshpande said that BJP leaders provoked people through spreading false data throughout the social media, resulted in the communal riots. Criticizing B S Yeddyurappa, Deshpande said that the BJP leader was once uncovered as Goa CM Manohar Parrikar didn't cooperate in the Mahadayi issue. He demanded the Centre's intervention in resolving the problem.
