Talking about her experience after witnessing 134 taking pictures stars in one night, N A Sujatha, a member of the gang, mentioned, "Watching thousands of twinkling stars spread across the canvas of the beautiful sky is a sight to behold. When we lie down and wait for the spectacular display, it is a scene that cannot be described in words. It has to be experienced."

Apart from staring at at the stars, the gang holds a lot of discussions on the science at the back of such meteor showers, the facets of eclipses, the myths and facts of such phenomenon. "Some of our topics include constellations also. We learn a lot of things such as shooting stars are not just white in colour but some are green as well," mentioned Obuli.


Manoj Rajkumar, any other member of the gang, mentioned that they had travelled to Anaikatti and other locations even earlier than. "But we did not even know that we could watch such spectacular scenes and see meteor showers. One of the major setbacks for star gazing is weather. Sometimes, when it is cloudy or raining, we cannot witness the meteor showers," mentioned Manoj.


Director of irobochakra Arun Rajeev, who may be a part of the gang, mentioned, "I was not aware of star-gazing at all until my wife took me to one such night-out. It was a small group and that particular day there was a meteor shower. It was very interesting. I did not even know that we could see planets and all. Obuli showed us Saturn, Mars, Venus and many other planets. Seeing that, I realized that in this universe, we are so small and earth itself is just a dot," he mentioned. The staff has noticed orionid meteor bathe, perseids meteor bathe, quite a lot of eclipses and feature also star gazed on complete moon day. Sujatha mentioned that after they gaze at the stars, they disregard the previous, present and future.


Apart from this staff there may be Coimbatore astronomy club formed in Perks Matriculation Higher secondary school who've newest equipment and make allowance public to witness eclipses at their campus.
