Earthquake kills child, injures dozens in Pakistan

KABUL: A 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck northeast Afghanistan on Wednesday, shaking massive portions of the area and killing a kid and injuring several folks in neighbouring Pakistan, officials stated.
The quake, which rattled structures in the Afghan capital and was additionally felt in portions of India, struck 270 km (167 miles) northeast of Kabul in the Hindu Kush mountains, at a intensity of 180 km, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre stated.
