I introduced the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. I appealed to our parliamentarians to put in force one of these scheme in a particular village underneath their steering. When we tried to do it, then our own neta had doubts about it. He spoke towards GST and so he tried to talk against this too. Then I feel I must make the MPs understand. But all that we expected hasn't happened.
