GURUGRAM: The Gurgaon municipal corporation has transferred round Rs 500 crore to the newly constituted Gurgaon Metropolitan Development Authority and is considering giving another Rs 170 crore to the National Highways Authority of India, prompting questions if the civic frame will quickly be gazing a finances crunch to hold out construction paintings in its personal area.
