Fire kills 11, injures 3 at home for elderly poor in Japan

TOKYO: A hearth engulfed a home for elderly welfare recipients in northern Japan, killing 11 other folks, Japanese police stated Thursday.
The hearth broke out sooner than nighttime Wednesday in Sapporo, the main town at the northern primary island of Hokkaido. Sapporo police stated five residents have been rescued. Three of them have been being handled at a hospital for injuries that weren't life-threatening, they stated.
