KANPUR: A newly appointed faculty member of IIT-Kanpur has levelled fees of harassment and mental trauma against his seniors, prompting the control to reserve a high-level probe into the subject. The assistant professor, who was once appointed under reserved category on January 1, has written a strongly-worded mail to institute director Prof Manindra Agarwal and head of aerospace engineering department Prof A Okay Ghosh, drawing their attention towards "continuous harassment" by the hands of 5 seniors.
