Belagavi: Sana, the daughter of Abdul Karim Telgi, mastermind of the multi-crore counterfeit stamp paper rip-off, who died a couple of months in the past, registered a complaint at the Khanapur police station on Wednesday towards 10 members of the family for allegedly attacking her and her mother Shahida and getting into their area at Vidyanagar on Sunday.
According to Sana’s complaint, Tabrez Telgi, Parvez Telgi, Istiyaq Telgi, Inayat Telgi, Hina Telgi, Samarin Telgi, Almeen Telgi, Shoaib Telgi, Fazilan Telgi and Rehan Telgi entered her area and attacked them on Sunday and condemned Shahida’s resolution to hand over all homes to the federal government.
Sana said the persons named hit her within the stomach although she is seven months pregnant, and attacked her mother, who's already affected by multi-organ failure. She said they attacked them when her husband IrfanTalikoti was now not provide.
A complaint was registered after you have treatment at an area government health center. Sana said the accused had not too long ago threatened their maid to not paintings. She sought stringent criminal motion towards the accused for the attack. A case was registered beneath Sections 143, 147, 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
