KANPUR: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which puzzled Vikram Kothari, his spouse Sadhana and their son Rahul at its headquarters on Wednesday, has no longer but declared arrest of any of the three, as according to their lawyer Sharad Kumar Birla.
Birla additional advised TOI that even his lawyer in Delhi, but even so other members of the family, were not allowed to meet the trio at CBI headquarters in Delhi on Wednesday.
"Unless CBI will not show their arrest, we could not move court to defend them," he added.
He was once quizzed at his Kanpur house by the agency sleuths on Monday and Tuesday.
The CBI may be probing the function of his spouse Sadhna Kothari and son Rahul Kothari, and all company administrators who allegedly hid information about his fake corporations, within the alleged fraud.
The ED, but even so, accomplishing raids at his amenities across UP, has made sure the rich person and his family can not go out the rustic through land, and sea or air, by notifying the entire authorities concerned.
