KANPUR: Uttar Pradesh police arrested the essential of a central authority school in Kannauj district for allegedly molesting a category VI student after stripping her at the pretext of taking her measurements for anew uniform.
The oldsters of the ladies filed a grievance against the essential of the school, positioned in Jalalpur Katri Banger village, with beneath Sadar Kotwali police on Tuesday. The accused, known as Ismail, was once arrested for molesting the minor lady and later sent to prison.
“After taking cognisance of the FIR filed via the sufferer’s father, we arrested the accused,” SP Kannauj, Harish Chandra, informed TOI.
The lady’s oldsters on Tuesday lodged a grievance accusing the headmaster of molesting their daughter. The allegations had been confirmed via different scholars who had accompanied the lady previous to the incident, the police stated.
After recording the lady’s remark, police sent her for scientific examination, SHO Sadar Kotwali AK Singh stated.
