Panaji: Two months ago, the top courtroom of Bombay at Goa had come down heavily on govt agencies for failing to dispose off development debris dumped along roads and highways. The public works division (PWD) has now known 13 places throughout Goa, subsequent to highways and state roads, to dump such debris.
PWD fundamental chief engineer U P Parsekar in his order mentioned that the “factor of rampant and haphazard disposal of development debris” is “uncontrolled” and is resultantly resulting in environmental problems and safety facets.
