Two-third of medical doctors in India are in just seven states together with Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. Because states with more scientific colleges have more medical doctors and higher scientific amenities, a parliamentary panel has really useful opening new colleges where doctor-population ratio is decrease.
