On International Women’s Day, Allahabad Junction becomes women friendly

ALLAHABAD: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, new projects had been taken by Allahabad department of North Central Railways (NCR) to supply amenities especially for feminine passengers and workers in the station premises.

At Allahabad junction, president NCRWWO (girls welfare group) Anita Chauhan commissioned computerized vending system for allotting sanitary napkins and initiator for a similar at the first class ready room. A new baby feeding room and change room used to be also dedicated by her at the same venue to our feminine passengers, commuting by the use of Allahabad Junction. Tanuja Pankaj in conjunction with different individuals had been provide.


The baby feeding room has been provided with hand dryers, sofa, desk and different very important facilities to supply a greater and secured ambiance to feeding mothers.
